Objective: To promote Charter Communications as a friendly, positive company that 'connects' people and benefits both its customers as well as its employees.

Solution: To achieve a personal, intimate feeling in these spots, we concentrated on experiences of Charter customers and employees – in their own words. The imagery of the bridge woven throughout the spots serves to establish the 'connecting' theme of Charter both in a literal and figurative way.
